Smart NFL players make the most of the opportunities that come their way to showcase their talent during these years and make millions.
They earn from the game and even from the endorsements and live in incredible homes.
1. Russell Wilson - Seattle Seahawks (140 Million)
Former Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and his wife, singer Ciara, owned an 11,104-square-foot waterfront mansion in Bellevue, Washington. Contract value is $140 million, the estate featured six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a professional gym, home theater, and a two-story treehouse. They sold it in 2024 for $21.25 million.
2. Odell Beckham Jr. - Cleveland Browns (90 Million)
Contract value is 90 Million. Although Odell is currently searching for a new residence in Cleveland, Ohio, we thought we'd show off his beautiful three-story home that he left in New York. Odell’s Hudson County home featured 3,529 square feet of living space spread across three levels. Each level features windows with views of Manhattan and large private terraces. One of our favorite features of the home is the chef’s kitchen, complete with Caesarstone quartz countertops, floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry, and Sub-Zero professional-grade stainless steel appliances.
3. Antonio Brown - Oakland Raiders ($50,125,000)
Antonio Brown’s expansive Fort Lauderdale, Florida, home spans 18,000 square feet, featuring 12 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. Brown acquired this mansion for $6.6 million, paying $900,000 below the initial asking price, as noted by the Sun-Sentinel. Although not waterfront, the property offers abundant outdoor amenities, including a large saltwater pool, a gourmet kitchen, and a wet bar.
4. Aaron Rodgers - Malibu mansion, New York Jets quarterback ($28 Million)
In 2019, NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers purchased a $28 million Malibu mansion. The 4,636-square-foot property features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and offers panoramic ocean views. Amenities include a pool, spa, and direct beach access via a private funicular. The estate also has a separate two-bedroom guesthouse with a garage.
5. Carson Palmer, Former NFL Player ($25 Million)
Carson Palmer, the former NFL quarterback, owned a 6,580-square-foot Del Mar, California, home featuring six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, an infinity-edge pool, outdoor kitchen, sports court, and panoramic ocean views. He sold this property in June 2020 for $18 million.
6. Tom Brady, New England Patriots (23 Million)
During his tenure with the New England Patriots, Tom Brady resided in a custom-built mansion in Brookline, Massachusetts. The 9,716-square-foot estate featured five bedrooms, a wine cellar, gym, spa, and a guest house with a yoga studio. In 2021, Brady sold the property for approximately $32.5 million.
7. Michael Strahan, Former NFL Player - Los Angeles ($17 Million)
Michael Strahan, former NFL player and current television host, resides in a luxurious Upper West Side townhouse in New York City. The residence features an open-plan living area, a modern kitchen, and a rare outdoor terrace, offering a comfortable and stylish urban retreat.
8. Kyle Long, Chicago Bears ($12,200,000)
In December 2016, Chicago Bears guard Kyle Long purchased a 6,238-square-foot Georgian-style mansion in Lake Forest, Illinois. The home features a heated three-car garage, a home theater, a library with built-ins, a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, and an outdoor pool.
