7 Must-ask Questions to a Job Interviewer
An interview is usually, conventionally and essentially about an interviewer hurling a lot of questions at the interviewee. However, what often goes neglected is the fact that there are a few questions that the candidate needs to ask the interviewer. Given below are a few questions that will go a long way in establishing a rapport between the interviewer and the interviewee.

1. "Do You Have Any Questions For Me?"
The interviewee must first ask this very basic question to the interviewer. The latter, will, of course, have a questionnaire prepared for the candidate, and will naturally have a lot of questions to ask. Asking this question just makes the candidate look confident and smart, like a person with a sense of formalities and etiquette.
2. “Has This Organisation Grown Over the Years?”
This is a very important question that must be addressed to the interviewer. A knowledge of the job, and whether or not it offers opportunities for growth is quintessential for a candidate before he decides if or not he will join the job.
3. “Why do You Like Working Here?”
The interviewer is now going to relate to the candidate what he/she likes about the company, and why. He/she will say all the good things to persuade the job-seeker that the job actually has a lot of prospects to offer to the rookie.
4. “If I am Joining This Position, What Could be the Hurdles I Face?”
A knowledge of the obstacles and hardships that are going to come your way is essential to decide whether or not you want the job in the first place. One must ask the interviewer what the challenges the job-seeker can expect to encounter are.
5. What Skills and Experiences would make an Ideal Candidate?
This is a great open-ended question that will have the interviewer put his or her cards on the table and state exactly what the employer is looking for. If the interviewer mentions something you didn’t cover yet, now is your chance.
6. “Do you have Any Concerns as Regards My Qualifications?”
Knowing how the interviewer feels about your qualifications is a good way of judging whether or not you are going to get the job. This question helps the interviewer realise that you are free and unprejudiced when it comes to talking about your own potentials, qualities and shortcomings.
7. “How Far does My Position go in Contributing to the Interests of the Company as a whole?”
Knowing why and how the position of the interviewee is significant in the growth of the company will keep him motivated and encouraged to work to reach a greater goal. He/she will realise that he is working not just for the money, but for something much bigger than himself.
