She has been the muse of Stever Meisel for several years, who has photographed her for multiple cover page appearances on Vogue Italia. In Fashion File, the TV show in 2008, she was voted as the greatest super-model of all time for her works and achievements.
Linda was born to Italian parents Marisa and Tomaso in 1965, who had immigrated to Canada. The house where she grew up was near the Niagara Falls, and she had a Roman Catholic upbringing. Her mother was a bookkeeper, and father used to work for the General Motors. She attended a self-improvement school, where she learned etiquettes and things like poise and manners. At the age of 12, she attended a modeling course, and started working as a model in her hometown.
