Gigi Hadid Success Story

Hadid was born to Mohamed Hadid and Yolanda Foster on 23 April, 1995 in New York. Following the divorce of her parents’ divorce, Hadid’s mother married singer David Foster in 2011. Hadid was the captain of her volleyball team and also competed as a horse rider. She re-located to New York to pursue her dream of modeling.

Career

Hadid began her career as a model at the age of two. She was spotted by Paul Marciano. He signed her for Baby Guess. She took a break from modeling to focus on her academics.  Following her school she returned back to modeling. In 2012, she became the face of Guess campaign. She also has done three campaigns with Guess.

In 2014, she made her ramp debut with Desigual’s show. She immediately caught media attention and became the most lovable cover girl of various magazines. Hadid has also appeared in several music videos which include Surfboard and Simplethings in 2014, Bad Blood and How Deep is Your Love in 2015.

Heights

Hadid has featured on the covers of widely popular magazines. These include Vogue, Elle, Grazia, Cleo, Sports Illustrated, Paper Magazine and Schon! Magazine from 2012 until 2014.. Hadid has also made guest appearances for the television series Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She also appeared in two short films Those Wrecked by Success in 2015 and Virgin Eyes in 2012.

Personal Life

Prior to dating Joe Jonas, Hadid was in relationship with the Australian pop singer Cody Simpsons. Hadid and Simpson began dating in 2014 but parted ways in 2015 due to their busy schedules. Hadid was also seen playing Simpson’s love interest in his album Surfboard.
