Soren Kierkegaard was born on May 5, 1813 in Copenhagen. He was a Danish philosopher, social critic, and areligious author. Soren’s childhood was very hard;being raised in a strict religious environment, he had great affection towards Christianity. All the qualities that Soren had were transferred from his rigid religious father. He broke his engagement toRegine Olsen for his dreams and to make such sacrifices to fulfill dreams, which requires immense courage and determination.
