Our life, the most precious gift given by God, is just a reflection of what we think. If our thoughts are not positive we will look at our surrounding and our entire life with the glasses of negativity.

Removing negativity from our inner-self needs persistent inner work, your time and energy. When you meditate, you become aware of the quantitative diversity of your thoughts. Practicing yoga helps you to release the unwanted negativity out of your mind and gives you mental solace and a tranquil mind.
During meditation, you submit your thoughts with faith and let go of the need to make sense of what goes on in your mind. This faith develops in your life as well. Practicing Yoga on a regular basis for at least 15 minutes can increase your mental awareness and neutralize stress.
2. Surround yourself with Positive People

We are nothing but a reflection of our surrounding. Surround yourself with positive and good energy. Good vibes translates into good moods and better health all around. So, surround yourself with positive people who love you and believe in you. You are nothing but the average of the people you are surrounded with.
All the talks we do (positive or negative) with our friends and family, remains in our subconscious mind. Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and harbor with repetition becomes actuality. So make sure, to plant only positive thoughts in your mind by surrounding yourself with positive and motivating people.
3. Introspect as well as Retrospect
If you get the right inside, the outside will fall into place. Watch your mind and you will be able to find your defects and root cause of your negativity. Introspect to examine your own thoughts and feelings. Similarly, learn from your past events and mistakes to understand what went wrong. Aristotle rightly said, “Knowing yourself is beginning of wisdom”. Finding the fundamental cause of your mistakes and failures, learn from it and make better decisions in future. Give some time to understand from where your negative thoughts originated and what influenced this thought in your life.
4. Know your Power
Limitations lives only in our minds, but if we use our inner power, our possibilities turns limitless. The inner belief we have in ourselves, guides our journey towards enlightenment. Knowing our own powers helps us to stay away from negativity. The biggest problem that we fall into prey of negativity is that we are unaware of our own potential and true power. Learn to know the power of your words, your silence, your mind, your body language and your body itself. When we doubt our power, we give power to our doubt.
