Selena Marie Gomez is a renowned actress and singer who made her first appearance as Gianna in the children's television series Barney & Friends. A notable milestone in her career is work with UNICEF. She was named UNICEF's Spokesperson For The Trick-or Treat UNICEF campaign. The cause encourages children to raise money on Halloween to help needy children around the world. She expressed her interest in supporting and working for a children's cause.
At the age of 17, she is known as the youngest UNICEF ambassador. The cause released several videos in relation to the campaign and Gomez was featured in those videos promoting the same.
