But as exciting it sounds, it’s also lot of hard work and dedication that Baseball players do to deal with rigorous training, travelling, and the toughest to handle their fame or image in the media and hence the player has to be in his best position. Also a player must be capable enough to gain respect and liking from his teammates which helps him both on and off the field. It is the job of the player to perform well on the field as he / she have the chance to get replaced by someone who can perform better than them.

A Baseball player must follow the instructions of their coaches and work on specific baseball skills which they are good at, emotional maturity and general conditioning. A certain set of players practice after games to work on their skills, weight training and conditioning.
