The new bungalow of Virat is said occupy land area of 500 yards. Its estimated price expected to lie between INR 76 crore and INR 80 crore. The Vice-Captain of Indian cricket team will be soon shifting with his family to his new home.
Currently, Virat lives in Pashchim Vihar’s Meera Bagh- one of the posh areas of West Delhi, along with his elder brother and mother in a 3BHK home. He is popularly known by the nickname 'Cheeku' in his colony. Apparently, Kohli's neighbours are quite upset after he has announced to shift to his new house. However, the current residential area of Virat is Meera Bagh, but it is popular as Virat Vihar, because of the obvious reason of Virat having his house there.

Virat’s new bungalow is located at Delhi's ring road near Punjabi Bagh club. Before shifting, he is likely to get his new bungalow renovated. Well, having bought a new bungalow in South Delhi isn’t a matter of surprise. As a number of the List A cricketers have made it to South Delhi. After Ashish Nehra and Virendra Sehwag, Virat is next in the line to have purchase a bungalow in South Delhi's posh area.
